Khi Tam Yoga Therapist
Specialised in posture analysis, body adjustment and functional recovery through Yoga Therapy. Students are trained in Khí Tâm Posture Therapy, breathing techniques, and therapeutic applications for spinal, neuromuscular and endocrine conditions, while developing professional skills to lead therapy classes.
Khi Tam Hands-On Therapist
Focused on hands-on therapy combined with Clinical Massage, Myofascial Release and Fascia Therapy to restore the musculoskeletal system, improve circulation and activate the body’s self-healing mechanisms. Students are trained in body analysis, soft tissue adjustment and clinical practice at Khí Tâm Health Hub.
Khi Tam Yoga Psycho-therapy
Integrating psychotherapy, meditation and energy therapy to help clients overcome stress, emotional disorders and energy imbalances. Students will learn to guide Yoga Psychotherapy, provide counselling, coaching and apply practical methods in mental health therapy centres.
